In pursuit of a better future, he moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he began his professional journey as a laborer in the metal fabrication industry. Starting from the ground up, he gained invaluable hands‑on experience and developed a deep understanding of hard work, discipline, craftsmanship, and the importance of people in building a successful organization.
Through relentless dedication, integrity, and a passion for excellence, Mr. Jaijy James transformed challenges into opportunities. In 2007, he co‑founded Dubaitech Metal Industries LLC with his younger brother, Mr. Negi James. What began as a modest metal fabrication enterprise has since evolved under his leadership into Dubaitech Group of Companies, a diversified business group with growing operations across multiple industries in the UAE and beyond.
As Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Jaijy James provides strategic direction with a strong focus on visionary leadership, sustainable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and teamwork. In 2007, together with his elder brother, Mr. Jajijy James, he co‑founded Dubaitech Metal Industries LLC.
